不同方法治疗反流性食管炎临床疗效对比

目的探讨奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取我院收治的48例反流性食管炎患者,均分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者使用奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗,对照组使用法莫替丁联合莫沙必利治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.8%(23/24),显著高于对照组的66.7%(16/24),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无严重不良反应发生,不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎疗效显著,安全可靠,优于法莫替丁联合莫沙必利治疗,值得临床广泛推广使用。

Comparative Study on Clinical Effect of Different Therapies of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of omeprazole combined with mosapride for the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods 48 cases of reflux esophagitis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 24 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with famotidine combined with mosapride, while patients in the observation group were treated with omeprazole combined with mosapride. The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.8%, significantly higher than66.7% of the control group（P 0.05）. No severe adverse reactions were found in both groups, and there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusions Omeprazole combined with mosapride for the treatment of reflux esophagitis has significant clinical effect and safety, which is better than famotidine combined with mosapride treatment and worthy of clinical application.
