后内侧和前外侧切口漂浮体位治疗胫骨平台双髁骨折的临床护理研究

目的探讨后内侧和前外侧切口漂浮体位治疗胫骨平台双髁骨折的临床护理。方法选取2011年6月至2013年6月在我院进行后内侧和前外侧切口漂浮体位治疗的胫骨平台双髁骨折患者40例,将两组患者分为接受常规护理的对照组和接受综合护理的观察组,各20例,比较两组患者住院时间、并发症情况及Rasmussen放射评分。结果观察组平均住院时间为(18.5±1.1)d,并发症发生率5.0%(1/20),均明显低于对照组的(23.6±0.9)d和35.0%(7/20),差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组膝关节功能评分情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胫骨平台双髁骨折患者正确有效的综合护理,有利于骨折固定保持良好稳定性,膝关节功能恢复好,减少并发症率,具有良好的临床价值和社会效益。

Clinical Nursing Research of Treatment of Tibial Plateau Bicondylar Fracture with the Posteromedial and Anterolateral Inci-sion in Floating Body Position

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing in treatment of tibial plateau bicondylar fracture with the later medial and anterior lateral incision in floating body position. Methods 40 patients with bicondylar tibial plateau fractures treated with later medial and anterior lateral incision in floating body position in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were selected and divided into control group（receiving routine nursing） and observation group（receiving comprehensive nursing）, with 20 cases in each. The length of hospital stay, incidence of complications and Rasmussen radiological score were comparedbetween two groups. Results The average length of hospital stay（18.5 ± 1.1） d and the incidence of complications（5.0%） in the observation group, were significantly（P 0.05） lower than those of the control group, [（23.6 ± 0.9） d and 35.0%]. The scores of function of knee joint in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusions Correct and effective comprehensive nursing care for patients with bicondylar tibial plateau fracture fixation, is conducive to maintain good stability of fracture, remarkable recovery of knee joint function, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is of great clinical value and social benefit.
