音乐电针疗法在脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果分析

目的探讨音乐电针疗法在脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取于我院住院就诊的167例脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者为受试对象,随机分成常规康复组(A组,n=50)、磁疗训练组(B组,n=57)及音乐电针训练组(C组,n=60)三组。记录三组PSQI评分,对比分析三组患者各指标的变化情况。结果 1C组PSQI评分明显低于A、B两组(P<0.05);2A、B两组总有效率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、C组及B、C组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论音乐电针疗法可有效改善脑中卒后睡眠障碍患者失眠状况,具有积极的临床意义,值得推广。

Analysis on the Effect of Music Electric Acupuncture in the Treatment of Sleep Disorder After Stroke

Objective To explore the effect of music electric acupuncture therapy in patients with sleep disorder after stroke. Methods 167 patients with sleep disorder after stroke in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into three groups：group A （routine rehabilitation group, n=50）, group B （magnetic therapy training group, n=57） and group C （music electric acupuncture training group, n=60）. The PSQI scores of three groups were recorded, and the changes of clinical indicators of three groups were compared and analyzed. Results The PSQI score of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B （P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between group A and group B （P〉0.05）, but there were statistically significant differences in the total effective rate between group A and group C, and between group B and group C （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Music electric acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the quality of sleep of patients with sleep disorder after stroke. It has positive significance, which is worthy of promotion.
