综合护理干预在促进抑郁症患者康复中的应用观察

目的探讨综合护理干预在抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2012年9月至2014年1月收治的213例抑郁症患者按不同护理方法分为对照组(97例,给予常规护理服务)和观察组(116例,施行综合护理干预),干预8周后对两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及生存质量测量量表简表(QOL-BREF)评分进行综合比较。结果干预8周后,观察组HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),同时观察组在生理领域、心理领域、环境领域的生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在抑郁症患者中施行综合护理干预效果显著,能够促进患者早期康复。

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation of Patients with Depression

Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with depression. Methods 213 patients with depression admitted in our hospital from September 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. 97 cases of control group were given routine nursing service, while 116 cases of observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. After 8 weeks of intervention, the Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） scores and quality of life BREF （QOL-BREF） scores of two groups were compared. Results After 8 weeks of intervention, the HAMD score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05）, and the scores of QOL-BREF at the physiological field, psychological field and environmental field of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effect for patients with depression, which can promote the early rehabilitation of depression patients.
