综合护理配合预混门冬胰岛素30治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果观察

目的观察综合护理配合预混门冬胰岛素30治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年1月至2013年10月于我院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者30例作为观察组,对观察组实施预混门冬胰岛素30治疗,并进行健康教育、心理护理、饮食和运动指导等综合护理。选取同时期于我院内分泌科住院的30例2型糖尿病患者作为对照组,对照组采取预混门冬胰岛素30治疗,并采取常规护理进行配合,观察两组患者8周后的临床疗效。结果 1观察组患者的空腹血糖值及餐后2 h血糖值较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。2观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预混门冬胰岛素30可以治疗可对患者的血糖水平起到有效的控制效果,通过心理护理和健康教育等综合护理,可以对预混门冬胰岛素30的治疗效果起到增强的作用,且对血糖的稳定有积极作用。

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Care with Premixed Insulin Aspart 30 for the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive care with premixed insulin aspart 30 in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2013 were selected as the research objects in this study. All patients were treated with premixed insulin aspart 30, in addition, 30 patients in the observation group were given comprehensive care including health education, psychological care, diet and exercise guidance, while 30 patients in the control group were given routine nursing. The clinical effects of two groups were observed at the 8th weeks of treatment. Results The fasting plasma glucose and 2 hours postprandial glucose after drug intervention of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The satisfaction to nursing of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Premixed insulin aspart 30 has good control effect on the blood glucose level. Comprehensive care including psychological nursing and health education can enhance the effects of premixed insulin aspart 30, and stabilize blood glucose.
