普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床观察

目的探讨普瑞巴林对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的有效性与安全性。方法选择带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者72例并随机分为两组各36例。观察组采用普瑞巴林治疗,对照组采用加巴喷丁治疗,观察比较两组的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗4周后,观察组总有效率为83.33%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的VAS评分均比治疗前降低,但观察组降低更显著(P<0.01);两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛安全有效,能显著改善患者的VAS评分,无严重不良反应。

Clinical Observation of Pregabalin in the Treatment of Post-Herpetic Neuralgia

Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of pregabalin in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia. Methods 72patients with post-herpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups, with 36 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with Pregabalin, while patients in the control group were treated with gabapentin. The curative effect and adverse reactions were observed and compared between two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 83.33%,significantly higher than 61.11% of control group（P 0.05）. Both groups had decreased VAS score after treatment, but the observation group had more significant decrease（P 0.01）. No severe reaction was found in both groups. Conclusions Pregabalin in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia is effective and safe, which can significantly improve patients＇ VAS score and has no serve adverse reactions.
