优质护理在血液灌流治疗小儿过敏性紫癜中应用的意义

目的探究临床有效护理实施血液灌流治疗的小儿过敏性紫癜患儿的可靠方法,从而为相关的实践研究提供帮助和借鉴。方法本研究选取我院2009年11月至2013年12月期间收治的小儿过敏性紫癜患儿,共计128例,随机将患儿分成优质护理组(采用优质护理措施)和常规护理组(采用常规护理措施),每组64例。结果两组患儿实施不同临床护理干预措施后,优质护理组总满意率为100.00%;常规护理组总满意率为90.63%。总满意率组间比较,优质护理组总满意率水平显著的高于常规护理,且组间差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.371 6,P=0.038 5)。结论在临床针对小儿过敏性紫癜患儿实施护理实践的过程中,采用我院的优质护理措施具有重要的临床实践意义,可显著的改善治疗效果,显著地提升的临床护理满意度。

Efficacy of Quality Nursing for Children with Anaphylactoid Purpura in Their Treatment of Hemoperfusion

Objective To explore the efficacy of clinical nursing for children with anaphylactoid purpura in their treatment of hemoperfusion, and to provide practical help and reference for related research. Methods A total of 128 children with anaphylactoid purpura in our hospital from November 2009 to December 2013 were randomly divided into high-quality care group（receiving high-quality nursing）and routine care group（receiving conventional nursing）, with 64 cases in each group. Results After the implementation repective clinical nursing interventions in each group, the overall satisfaction rate of the high-quality care group was 100.00 %, which was significantly higher than the overall satisfaction rate of the routine care group（90.63%）. The differences was of statistically significance（χ2= 4.371 6, P = 0.038 5）.Conclusions In the clinical nursing for children with anaphylactoid purpura, the application of high-quality nursing is of important clinical significance. It can significantly improve the clinical nursing effect and enhance the satisfaction level ofclinical nursing.
