某医院医护人员艾滋病职业暴露的调查与防护

目的探讨医护人员艾滋病职业暴露的防范干预措施，提高对艾滋病（AIDS）职业暴露的防护意识。方法分析凉山州第一人民医院医护人员发生职业暴露情况并开展职业暴露防护知识的培训教育。结果该院共发生职业暴露事件15起，其中8起为艾滋病的职业暴露。经培训提高医护人员对艾滋病职业暴露知识知晓率，从培训前的58．8％，提高到培训后的97．4％；职业暴露事件未再发生：结论加强医护人员防护意识及职业暴露防护知识的培训，可以避免或减少职业暴露事件的发生.

Investigation and Protection of Occupational Exposure to AIDS among Medical Staff in A Hospital

Objective] To investigate the protection of occupational exposure to AIDS among medical staff, and improve the selfawareness of protection. Methods ] The occupational exposure among medical staff in Liangshan Prefecture First People ＇s Hospital was analyzed and the protective knowledge training of occupational exposure was implemented. Results ] A total of 15 occupational exposure events, among which 8 were AIDS exposure. Through knowledge training, the awareness of knowledge about AIDS exposure increased from 58.8% before training to 97.4% after that. And there was no occupational exposure recurrence. Conclusion] The strengthening awareness of self-protection and occupational exposure protection training can effectively avoid or reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure conditions.
