摘    要:目的观察不同容量液体复苏对失血性休克家兔复苏即刻重要器官体系数、血液流变学指标的影响。方法27只健康实验家兔随机均分3组,颈总动脉放血复制家兔失血性休克模型。休克20min后将放出的全血加等倍生理盐水(1:1复苏组)或放出的全血加2倍生理盐水(1:2复苏组)行液体复苏,并设对照组。液体复苏后,观察重要器官体系数、血液流变学指标的变化。结果经不同容量液体复苏后,两组动物血压基本恢复正常;1:1复苏组复苏即刻的肝系数小于对照组与1:2复苏组(P〈0.01),三组间的心、肾、肺系数无统计学差异(p〉0.05);1与1:2复苏组各切变率下的全血粘度均显著低于对照组(p〈0.01),三组间的血浆粘度与相对粘度无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论失血性休克行液体复苏后.能较好地恢复血容量,但全血粘度及肝系数下降;休克早期的低粘血症,值得重视。

Effect of Different Volumes of Fluid on Early Resuscitation after Hemorrhagic Shock in Rabbits

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of the different volumes of fluid resuscitation on the vital organs coefficients and hemorheological indexes of immediately recoveried hemorrhagic shock rabbits.Methods 27 healthy rabbits were divided into three groups randomly,with reproduct of the model of hemorrhagic shock by bleeding the carotid artery.After shocking 20 minutes,all bleeding and commensurable noraml saline (1: 1 resuscitation group), or all bleeding and 2 times normal saline (1:2 resuscitation group) were used for fluid resuscitation, and the control group were set up.After fluid resuscitation, the changes of vital organs coefficients and hemorheological indexes were observed.Results After different volumes of fluid resuscitation, the two model groups returned to normal blood pressure, the liver coefficient of the l:l resuscitation group was lower than that of the control group and 1:2 resuscitation group (P〈0.01), and the heart, kidney, lung coefficients had no statistical difference among the three groups (P〉0.05). The whole blood viscosity of the two resuscitation groups were less than the control group (P〈 0.0!), plasma viscosity and relative viscosity had no statistical difference among the three groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion The fluid resuscitation after hemorrhagic shock could do good to restore blood volume, but the whole blood viscosity and hepatic coefficient were decreased.Attention shonld be paid to low viscosity anemia on shock early stage.
