通心络胶囊治疗偏头痛疗效观察

目的观察通心络胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床疗效，探讨治疗偏头痛的有效治疗方案。方法采用对照研究，治疗组35例，对照纽35例。治疗组口服通心络胶囊治疗，每次3粒，每日3次；对照纽用盐酸氟桂嗪治疗，每晚口服10mg。两组维持治疗2月。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为91．4％、77．1％，两组总有效率比较差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗前后头痛强度、发作次数、持续时间比较差异有高度统计意义（P〈0．01）；对照组治疗前后头痛强度、持续时间比较差异有统计意义（P〈0．05），发作次数比较差异无统计意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组与对照组治疗后发作次数比较有统计意义（P〈0．05）。结论通心络胶囊治疗偏头痛疗效确切。

An observation of curative effects on Tongxinluo Capsule treating migraine

Objective To observe the curative effects of Tongxinluo Capsule treating migraine, and explore the effective regimen of treating migraine. Methods The controlled study was conducted in 70 patients with migraine. They were randomly divided into the treatment group （35 cases） and the control group （35 cases）, and were allocated to receive Tongxinluo Capsule or Flunarizine for a period of 3 months. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group repeatedly was 91.4 % and 77.1% , there was significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment , the headache index was markedly reduced in the treatment group and the frequency and duration of attacks were also obviously decreased（ P 〈0. 01 ） , the headache index and duration of attacks in the control group was decreased （P 〈 0. 05）, the frequency of attacks was equal to that pretreatment （P 〉 0. 05）, the frequency of attack had significant difference between two groups after treatment （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Tongxinluo Capsule has good curative effect on treating migraine.
