蒙医萨木疗术法治疗腰间盘突出症的临床研究

目的：研究蒙医萨木疗术法治疗腰间盘突出症的疗效。方法：72 例腰间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组36 例。对照组用腰痛宁胶囊，一次4 粒，睡前口服；治疗组在对照组基础上加用蒙医萨木疗术，疗程共7 天。7 天后评估两组患者疗效，并随访半年，比较复发率。结果：与治疗前相比，7天后两组患者症状体征的改善均明显好转（P＜0.01），治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，且复发率明显低于对照组。结论：蒙医萨木疗术法合并腰痛宁治疗腰间盘突出症有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Research on Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Treated with Mongolian Medicine Sa-Mu Method

This article was aimed to study the therapeutic effect of Mongolian medicine Sa-Mu method in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. A total of 72 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. Cases in the control group were treated with oral administration of Yao -Tong-Ning capsule, 4 pieces once at bedtime. Cases in the treatment group were combined with Mongolian medicine Sa-Mu method. The treatment course was 7 days. After 7 days, the therapeutic evaluation was given on patients from both groups. Half a year follow-up was given and the recurrence rate was compared. The results showed that compared with pretreatment, the symptoms and signs of patients in both groups were obviously improved after 7-day treatment (P < 0.01). The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group. And the recurrence rate was obviously lower than the control group. It was concluded that the combination of Mongolian medicine Sa-Mu method and Yao-Tong-Ning capsule had good clinical effect in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
