酶辅助超声法提取蒙药瞿麦总皂苷工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优化酶辅助超声法提取蒙药瞿麦总皂苷的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法,以总皂苷提取率为评价指标,先后通过单因素试验和正交试验,对酶辅助超声提取法进行优化。结果:最佳工艺条件为酶用量4.0 mg,超声功率180 W,超声时间15 min,料液比1:30。在此条件下蒙药瞿麦总皂苷的提取率为2.367%。结论:该方法节约成本,节省时间,提取率高,可作为蒙药瞿麦总皂苷的提取方法。

Abstract:This study was aimed to optimize the best extract artwork of total saponins from Herba Dianthi by enzyme assisted ultrasonic wave. Content of saponins was used as test standard. The UV spectrometry was optimized through the single factor experiment and orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions were at 180 W of ultrasonic power, 1:30 solid to liquid ratio, with enzyme dosage of 4.0 mg and the reaction time was 15 minutes. Under these conditions, the average extraction rate was 2.367%. It was concluded that this technology was an optimum procedure in extracting saponins from Herba Dianthi and it was economical and reasonable, so it can be used for the extraction of saponins from Herba Dianthi.
