原发性高血压中药现代应用频次研究

目的：选择治疗原发性高血压常用中药，并探讨其与《中药学》教材功效分类的关系，为中医药教学、科研和临床人员研究或应用中药治疗该病提供参考。方法：采用信息定量统计的方法，首先以原发性高血压为检索词检索，然后分别以现代应用频次较高的500 种常用中药药名为检索词二次检索，并进行排序统计分析，最后根据统计结果对应用频次前200 种的中药按《中药学》功效予以分类研究。结果：原发性高血压中药现代应用频次较高的依次为丹参、黄芪、川芎、葛根、当归、甘草、钩藤、天麻、大黄、泽泻等。按《中药学》功效分类，应用频次前6 类的分别是补虚、活血化瘀、清热、平肝熄风、解表和祛湿类中药。结论：本研究结果较客观地反映了目前原发性高血压中药的应用情况，可作为今后应用中药治疗该病的参考。

Study on Modern Application Frequency of Chinese Medicine in Primary Hypertension Treatment

This article was aimed to select commonly used traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbs in the treatment of primary hypertension and discuss the correlation to their efficacy classification in the book of Chinese Materia Medica in order to provide a reference for TCM teaching, scientific research and clinical practice among research staff or the application of TCM in disease treatment. Information quantitative statistical method was used in the study.Primary hypertension was used as the search term in the first time retrieval. Then, names of 500 kinds of TCM herbs with relatively high modern application frequency were used in the second time retrieval. Statistical analysis and sorting were given. Finally, classification and analysis were given to efficacy of top 200 TCM herbs according to statistical results of application frequency in the book of Chinese Materia Medica. The results showed that TCM herbs in the treatment of primary hypertension with the highest modern application frequency were in the order from top to bottom as Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Astragali Seu Hedysari, Ligusticum Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Pinelliae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis, Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Rhizoma Alismatis, and etc. According to the efficacy classification in the book of Chinese Materia Medica, the top six according to application frequency were TCM herbs to invigorate deficiency, activate blood and remove stasis,clear heat, soothe the liver and extinguish wind, relieve the exterior, and remove dampness. It was concluded that this research results objectively reflected the current application condition of TCM herbs in the treatment of primary hypertension, which can be used as a reference for TCM application of this disease in the future.
