选择性支气管动脉造影栓塞治疗急性大咯血

目的探讨选择性支气管动脉造影栓塞术治疗急性大咯血的意义。方法对8例急性大咯血患者进行选择性支气管造影及栓塞治疗。均用明胶海绵加丝线段交替栓塞。结果3例肺癌患者术后咯血量明显减少,3天后完全停止,1例1月后复发再次栓塞止血。其余病例术后咯血即刻止血。所有病例随访6月以上均无复发。结论选择性支气管动脉栓塞术为控制急性大咯血有效、安全的微创手术。

Selective broncharteriograph and embolization treatment of 8 cases acute severe hemoptysis report

Objective To explore the significance of selec tive broncharteriography and embolism treatment of acute se-vere hemoptysis.Methods Selective broncharteriography and embolism treatment were given to 8cases with acute severe hemoptysis.Gelatin sponge and silk thread were used alternately for emb olization.Results After operation,hemoptysis of 3cases with lung cancer improved obviously and stopped completely three d ays later.One case had recurrence after a month,em-bolization was done again to stop ble eding.Other cases stopped bleeding immediately after the operation.Al l cases were followed up for over 6months and none had relap se.Conclusions Selective broncharterial emboliza tion was an effective,safe and mi-croinvasive operation to control acute severe hemoptysis.[
