| 摘 要： | 葛根素为一种异黄酮类化合物,具有广泛的药理作用,对很多临床疾病都有很好的治疗作用,并且是葛根药材质量控制的主要参考指标。本文对近年来有关葛根素的常用提取分离方法、结构修饰及其在治疗糖尿病方面所具有的药理作用等研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Puerarin is a kind of isoflavonoids,which has comprehensive pharmacological action and commendable therapeutical effect on many diseases,and it can be used to evaluate the quality of Pueraria.In this paper,we reviewed the development of extraction/abstraction methods of Puerarin,and its structure modification,we also discussed the pharmacological effects of Puerarin on diabetes. |
