正交试验优选贯叶金丝桃中金丝桃苷的乙醇提取工艺

摘    要:目的:优选贯叶金丝桃中金丝桃苷的乙醇提取工艺。方法:以乙醇浓度、乙醇加入倍数、提取温度、提取次数为考察因素,以金丝桃苷提取率为指标,采用正交试验优选金丝桃苷乙醇提取最佳条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为20倍量的60%乙醇,90℃提取4次,每次2h。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为贯叶金丝桃中金丝桃苷的提取工艺。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize the ethanol extraction technology of hyperoside from Hypericum perforatum by orthogo- nal experiment. METHODS: The extraction technology of hyperoside from H. perforatum was optimized by orthogonal experiment using ethanol concentration, ethanol ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time as factors and the ertraction rate of hyperoside as index. RESULTS: The optimal extraction technology was as follows: 20-folds of 60% ethanol, at temperature of 90 ℃ for 4 times, 2 hours each time. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used as the extraction technology of hyperoside from H. perforatum.
