| 摘 要： | 目的:系统评价莫西沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性下呼吸道感染(LRTI)的临床有效性和安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane library、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库和中国学术期刊全文数据库,均从最初建库检索至2010年6月;手工检索纳入文献的参考文献。收集国内、外关于莫西沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性LRTI的随机对照试验,进行系统评价。结果:共纳入27个研究,合计2301例患者。合并分析显示,莫西沙星的临床有效性优于左氧氟沙星RR=1.06,95%CI(1.03,1.10)],而两者的细菌清除率RR=1.04,95%CI(1.00,1.07)]和不良反应发生率RR=0.92,95%CI(0.78,1.08)]无统计学差异。结论:莫西沙星对社区获得性LRTI的临床有效性优于左氧氟沙星,但两者的不良反应无明显差异。
