| 摘 要： | 目的:建立生发软膏的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对生发软膏中当归、红花2种中药进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定方中阿魏酸的含量。结果:当归、红花的TLC特征斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。阿魏酸进样量在98.7～592.2μg范围内与峰面积对数值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995);平均加样回收率为98.95%,RSD=1.88%(n=9)。结论:所建标准可用于生发软膏的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish the quality standard for Shengfa ointment. METHODS： Angelicae sinensis and Carthamus tinctorius in Shengfa ointment were identified by TLC. The content of ferulic acid in Shengfa ointment was determined by HPLC. RESULTS： The TLC spots ofA. sinensis and C. tinctorius were clear with good resolution and flee from interference of negative samples. The linear ranges of ferulic acid were 98.7-592.2μg（r=0.999 5） respectively. The average recovery was 98.95% （RSD= 1.88%, n=9）, respectively. CONCLUSION： The established standard is applicable for the quality control of Shengfa ointment. |
