α-硫辛酸联合甲钻胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

目的：观察α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：选择我院自2008年2月-2009年11月收治的60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者，随机分为试验组、对照组各30例。试验组在给予甲钴铵的基础上，加用α-硫辛酸；对照组只给予甲钴铵。4周为1个疗程。连续治疗2个疗程后，观察临床疗效和神经传导速度，包括感觉神经传导速度（SCV）和运动神经传导速度（MCV）。结果：试验组临床疗效（96．67％）明显优于对照组（60．00％）（P〈O．01）；治疗后试验组的神经传导速度较治疗前显著增加（P〈0．01），对照组的神经传导速度较治疗前无明显变化（P〉0．05）。结论：α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变具有协同作用，可有效改善患者的神经传导速度。

Clinical Observation of a-lipoic Acid Combined with Mecobalamin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of α-lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. METHODS： 60 DPN patients in our hospital from Feb. 2008 to Nov. 2009 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with each group of 30 cases. Both groups were given mecobalamin, and experi- mental group was additionally given a-lipoic acid. One treatment course lasted for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and nerve conduc- tion velocity, including SCV and MCV, were observed after 2 treatment courses. RESULTS ： The clinical efficacy of experimental group （96.67%）was superior to control group （60.00%）（P〈0.01）. The nerve conduction velocity of experimental group was sig- nificantly increased after treatment （P〈0.01）. The change of nerve conduction velocity of control group was not obvious （P〉 0.05）. CONCLUSION： α-lipoic acid synergistically combined with mecobalamin is effective for type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy and improves nerve conduction velocity significantly.
