| 摘 要： | 目的:研究壳聚糖-黄酮复合膜的抑菌、止血、促愈合作用。方法:从中药蒲黄中提取黄酮,与壳聚糖混合后冷冻干燥制成复合膜。肉汤稀释法测定复合膜溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度。通过测定体外血液凝固时间和在体肝脏止血时间,评价复合膜的止血效果。复制大鼠皮肤损伤模型,敷以复合膜治疗,观察伤口HE染色结果,测定肉芽组织蛋白质和羟脯氨酸含量,评价复合膜的促愈合作用。结果:所制复合膜对3种细菌的抑菌效果均较好,能明显缩短体外和在体的血液凝固时间,提高创面愈合率。结论:壳聚糖-黄酮复合膜制备工艺简单,具有抑菌、止血和伤口促愈合作用。
