| 摘 要： | 目的:观察鼻渊舒口服液对慢性鼻窦炎功能性鼻内镜手术后的疗效。方法:130例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各65例,对照组在实施功能性鼻内镜手术后给予常规治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用鼻渊舒口服液。观察2组临床疗效和症状的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.77%,对照组总有效率为78.46%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组平均头痛、鼻通气障碍、脓鼻涕、嗅觉障碍消失时间较对照组明显缩短,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:鼻渊舒口服液可提高慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后疗效。
