| 摘 要： | 目的:观察辛伐他汀对老年单纯收缩期高血压患者压差的影响。方法:选择老年单纯收缩期高血压患者113例,随机分为对照组(57例)和治疗组(56例)。对照组采用常规降压药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服辛伐他汀10～20mg,睡前顿服。2组均随访观察6个月。结果:2组患者治疗6个月后,治疗组压差较对照组小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有1例发生横纹肌溶解。结论:辛伐他汀对缩小老年单纯收缩期高血压患者的压差有一定疗效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To observe the effect of simvastatin on the gradient pressure of isolated systolic hypertension.METHOD：Selected 113 patients with isolated systolic hypertension,and were randomly divided into control group（n=57） and treatment group（n=56）.Control group used routine antihypertensive drug,and treatment group,routine use of antihypertensive drug treatment based on the plus simvastatin 10～20 mg,qd,at bedtime.Each group followed up 6 months.RESULTS：After 6 months,the treatment group is better than the control group in decreased pulse pressure（P〈0.05）.The treatment group had occurrd 1 cardiac events.CONCLUSION：Lipid-lowering statin drugs had good effect on the gradient pressure of isolated systolic hypertension. |
