| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律。方法:对我院2009年上报至山东省药品不良反应监测中心的349例ADR报告分别就患者基本情况、药品信息、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现、ADR报告类型、关联性评价等方面进行回顾性分析。结果:在349例ADR报告中,有既往药物过敏史的患者40例,占11.46%;引起ADR前15种药品中,抗菌药物10种,占66.67%;药品剂型分布以注射剂为主(385例,占86.91%);ADR临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最常见(167例,占47.85%)。结论:临床应重视患者药物过敏史,深入开展ADR病例的用药分析、评价工作,提早发现预警信号,提高合理用药水平,确保患者用药安全。
