| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及一般规律。方法:对我院2010年收集的187例ADR报告,采用病历回顾性研究的方法进行统计、分析。结果:187例ADR报告中60岁以上人群所占比例最大,有89例(占47.59%);女性患者发生ADR的22.几46率%明、2显2.4较6%男、性13高.(90男%)、女;A比D例R临为床0.表58现:1)中;消涉化及系的统药反品应中发,中生成率药最和高中(占药2注9.射95剂%、)循;死环亡系1统例药。、结抗论微:生中物成药药A和D中R发药生注率射高剂(、各循环占系统药、抗微生物类药是ADR监测的重点药物,临床应加强ADR监测,提高合理用药水平,减少药源性疾病的发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To probe into the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reaction(ADR) cases in our hospital.METHODS:187 ADR cases collected from our hospital were analyzed statistically by medical record retrospective study method.RESULTS:Of 187 ADR cases,patients aged over 60 occupied great proportion(89 cases,47.59%).The incidence of ADR of female patients was higher than that of male(ratio of male to female 0.58:1).ADR cases were mainly caused by Chinese patent medicine and TCM injections(22.46%),card... |
