| 摘 要： | 目的:了解重庆地区抗肿瘤药的应用现状及趋势。方法:对重庆地区2007-2009年20家医院抗肿瘤药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行回顾性分析。结果:抗肿瘤药的销售金额2008年较2007年增长31.8%,2009年较2008年增长37.6%。DDDs除2008年植物类抗肿瘤药略有下降外,其余均呈逐年上升趋势。中成药的DDDs连续3年排第1位,其销售金额2007、2009年均排在第1位,2008年排在第2位。结论:副作用低、价廉的中成药占据了重庆地区抗肿瘤药的较大市场。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application and trend of antineoplastic agents in Chongqing area.METHODS:The consumption sum,defined daily doses (DDDs) and defined daily cost (DDC) of antineoplastic agents in 20 hospitals in Chongqing area from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS:The consumption sum of antineoplastic agents increased by 31.8% in 2008 compared with 2007,and increased by 37.6% in 2009 compared with 2008.The DDDs of antineoplastic agents increased year by year except that of botani... |
