| 摘 要： | 目的:评价我院喹诺酮类药的应用现状及趋势。方法:采用限定日剂量方法,对我院2007-2009年喹诺酮类药的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)进行统计、分析。结果:喹诺酮类药销售金额在抗菌药物中所占比例逐年下降。3年来,在口服喹诺酮类药中,销售金额、DDDs排序列前3位的依次是洛美沙星片、加替沙星胶囊、左氧氟沙星片(国产);在注射喹诺酮类药中,销售金额、DDDs排序列前4位的均有左氧氟沙星注射液(国产)、环丙沙星氯化钠注射液、氟罗沙星葡萄糖注射液。结论:我院喹诺酮类药应用基本合理,但仍应进一步加强其使用监管。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the utilization and tendency of quinolones in our hospital.METHODS:Using DDD method,the utilization of quinolones in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed statistically in terms of drug variety,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC,etc.RESULTS:The percentages of the consumption sum of quinolone in antibiotic drugs decreased year by year.Over the 3 years,the first 3 quinolones oral agents in the list of consumption sum and DDDs were Lomefloxacin tablets,Gatifloxacin capsules and Levofloxa... |
