3种丹参制剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的成本-效果分析

摘    要:目的:比较3种丹参制剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的成本-效果。方法:将137例符合诊断标准的病例,分别采用3种给药方案治疗:方案A给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液;方案B给予丹参注射液;方案C给予注射用丹参无菌粉末,均每天1次静脉滴注。治疗14d后观察疗效,并运用成本-效果法进行分析。结果:3组心绞痛改善总有效率分别为86.96%、70.21%、86.36%。成本分别为4896.23、3502.33、3807.25元,成本-效果比分别为5630.44、4988.36、4408.58。结论:C组方案治疗冠心病心绞痛成本-效果比更优。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To compare the cost-effectiveness of 3 kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza preparations on angina pectoris (AP) of coronary heart disease (CHD). METHODS: A total of 137 cases accordance with the diagnosis standard received 3 kinds of therapeutic regimen respectively: tanshione ⅡA sodium sulfonate injection as therapeutic regimen A; Danshen injection as thera- peutic regimen B; Danshen freeze-dried powder as therapeutic regimen C, qd, i.v.gtt. The curative effects were observed after 14 days, and cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted. RESULTS: The total effective rates of 3 kinds of therapeutic regimens were 86.96% ,70.21% and 86.36%. The costs of them were 4 896.23 yuan, 3 502.33 yuan and 3 807.25 yuan. The cost-effectiveness ra- tios were 5 630.44, 4 988.36 and 4 408.58, respectively. CONCLUSION: Therapeutic regimen C is superior in terms of the cost-ef- fectiveness ratios among 3 kinds therapeutic regimens.
