| 摘 要： | 目的:建立乳癖消片(胶囊)中丹皮酚含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为WatersC18柱,流动相为乙腈-1%冰乙酸(33:67),检测波长为274nm,柱温为25℃,流速为0.8mL·min-1,进样量为20μL。结果:丹皮酚进样量在0.008528～0.076752μg(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为102.2%,RSD=1.63%。结论:本法简便可靠、重复性好,可用于乳癖消片(胶囊)的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for the content determination of paeonol in Rupixiao tablets （capsules）. METHODS： HPLC method was used to determine the content of paeonol in Rupixiao tablet （capsule）. The determination was per- formed on Waters C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -1% glacial acetic acid （33：67） at detection wavelength of 274 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·L-1 and injection volume was 20 μL. RESULTS： The linear range of paeonol was 0.008 528~0.076 752 μg（r=0.999 9） with an average recovery of 102.2% （RSD=1.63%）. CONCLUSION： The method is simple reliable and reproducible for quality control of Rupixiao tablets （capsules）. |
