| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方苦参注射液雾化吸入联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将病理学或者细胞学检查确诊的377例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分成试验组和对照组。试验组188例,采用复方苦参注射液雾化吸入联合NP方案全身化疗;对照组189例,单纯采用NP方案全身化疗。2组化疗均21d为1个周期,至少4个周期,在第2周期结束时评价疗效。结果:试验组和对照组的有效率分别为52.5%和41.4%(P<0.05)。试验组胃肠道反应和骨髓抑制较对照组减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组和对照组患者中位生存期分别为9.56个月和7.60个月(P<0.05),化疗后生存质量KPS评分试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液雾化吸入联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效好,患者不良反应轻,具有提高中位生存期,改善患者生存质量的作用。
