药物经济学评价在中药配方颗粒调剂中的应用

目的:评价药物经济学应用于中药配方颗粒与传统中药饮片的效果。方法:在药物经济学原则下,对药师调配、卫生学状况、患者认可度进行对比,结合成本-效果分析法进行综合分析。结果:传统中药饮片和中药配方颗粒的成本分别为125.08元、137.57元;有效率分别为80.65%、96.78%;成本-效果比分别为1.55、1.42。结论:使用中药配方颗粒处方,改进了工作环境,提高了工作效率;降低了配方成本,患者对调配的准确性、卫生程度和知情度更为满意。
