| 摘 要： | 目的:比较血塞通和疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的成本-效果。方法:76例急性脑梗死患者随机分为血塞通组和疏血通组,2组均给予相同的常规治疗;在常规治疗基础上,血塞通组给予血塞通注射液,疏血通组给予疏血通注射液,均静脉滴注,每日1次。治疗后,比较2组的成本-效果。结果:2组治疗后的临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组成本-效果分析中,与疏血通组比较,血塞通组获得单位效果成本较低。结论:从药物经济学角度出发,在常规治疗急性脑梗死的基础上,采用血塞通注射液,可获得较好疗效且医疗成本较低。
