急性脑卒中患者心电图改变的分析

目的：分析急性脑卒中患者心电图改变情况。方法：2009年1月至2010年12月在本院住院急性脑卒中患者68例进行心电图检查，并对检查结果进行统计学分析。结果：68例急性脑卒中患者中有56例（82．4％）出现心电图异常变化，其中以ST—T变化（48．5％）和窦性心动过速（42．6％）最为多见。不同发病时间和发病部位的急性脑卒中患者心电图异常发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但是不同性质脑卒中患者心电图异常发生率差异没有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：急性脑卒中患者容易出现心电图异常变化，并且与脑卒中的发病时间和发病部位有密切关系。

Alteration of electrocardiogram in patients with acute cerebral stroke

Objective：To investigate the alterations of electrocardiogram （ECG） in patients with acute cerebral stroke. Methods ： Sixty-eight consecutive patients with acute cerebral stroke admitted to the department of internal medicine,Second People＇s Hospital of Longgang district underwent ECG examination between January 2009 and December 2010 for thrther statistical analysis. Results ： Of 68 patients with acute cerebral stroke, 56 （82.4%） presented ECG abnormality,in particular, ST-T changes （48.5%） and sinus tachycardia （42.6%）. Incidence of ECG abnormalities varied in patients as having different time of onset and location of lesion （ both P 〈0.05 ）. In contrast, incidence of ECC anomalies did not differ statistically among patients with various pathological categories （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Incidence of ECG abnormality is associated with patients as having acute cerebral stroke and may be closely related to the time of onset and location of lesion.
