陕西省人体寄生虫分布调查报告

本文报告陕西省２６县（市）１０３个调查点人群肠道寄生虫分布情况。受检率在９５％以上，人群寄生虫总感染率为４８．１％（２５６４６／５３３２４），共查见肠道寄生虫１７种，其中包括线虫６种，绦虫４种，肠道原虫７种。各种寄生虫感染率分别为：蛔虫４１．６％、鞭虫５．３％、钩虫０．０１％、蛲虫３７．０％、东方毛圆线虫０．００６％、粪类圆线虫０．００２％、猪带绦虫０．００２％、缩小膜壳绦虫０．０２％、微小膜壳绦虫０．０２％、柯氏伪裸头绦虫０．００４％、溶组织内阿米巴０．２％、结肠内阿米巴０．７％、哈氏内阿米巴０．１％、微小内蜒阿米巴０．２％、布氏嗜碘阿米巴０．０２％、贾第虫０．９％和肠内滴虫０．０５％。寄生虫感染率的高低与当地的气温、海拔高低和经济文化因素有关。

HUMAN PARASITE DISTRIBUTION IN SHAANXI PROVINCE

This paper presents the result of investigation on human parasite distribution on 103 spots in 26 counties/cities with a coverage of 53 324 people; an overall infection rate of 48.1% was showed. Six species of nematodes, 4 species of cestodes and 7 species of protozoa were detected. The infection rates of respective parasite were as follows: Ascaris lumbricoides 41.6%, Trichuris trichiura 5.3%, hookworm 0.01%, Enterobius vermicularis 37.0% , Trichostrongylus orientalis 0.006%, Strongyloides stercor alis 0.002%, Taenia solium 0.002% , Hymenolepis nana 0.02%, Hymenolepi s diminuta 0.02%, Pseudanoplocephala crawfordi 0.004%, Entamoeba histolytica 0.2%, Entamoeba coli 0.7%, Entamoeba hartmanni 0.1%, Endolimax nana 0.2%, Iodamoeba buetschlii 0.02%, Giardia lamblia 0.9% and Retortamonas intestinalis 0.05%. Temperature, alti tude,and economic and cultural status contributed to the prevalence of parasitoses in the province.
