| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫腔镜电切术（hysteroscopic transcervical resection of myoma,TCRM）治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的临床效果和安全性。方法回顾性分析38例宫腔镜电切治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的临床资料。结果38例均一次性成功在宫腔镜下电切,无手术并发症,出血少。结论宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤具有术中出血少、术后疼痛轻、住院时间短的优点,可行且安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect and safety of submucous myoma of uterus treated by TCRM Methods. Methods The data of TCRM treatment of the submucous myoma of uterus in 38 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Thirty-eight patients received the operation successfully without complications and with little bleeding. Conclusions The TCRM treatment of the submucous myoma of uterus is safe and effective with less bleeding and postoperative pain,and shorter hospitalization time. |
