| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨慢性前列腺炎患者舌面中线前中部裂纹 (沟状舌 )在诊断中的意义。方法 :随机选择 16 0例该病患者观察其舌象。结果 :118例患者存在沟状舌 ,与无症状健康者对照有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,且对照组存在沟状舌的 6例中有 4例 EPSRt提示有慢性前列腺炎。结论 :沟状舌对慢性前列腺炎的诊断具有重要指导意义

| Abstract: | Objective:It is to explore the sense of the crackle at the midline on the tongue surface, the fissured tongue , for diagnosing the chronic prostatitis patients. Methods: 166 cases such patients and 40 cases no illness men were sampled at random and observed the pictures of their tongue. Results: 118 cases had the fissured tongue in the patients and 6 cases had in the healthy men. In 6 cases there were 4 cases which were prompted chronic prostatitis by EPSRt. It is significant difference ( P<0.005 ). Conclusion:The fissured tongue is important to diagnose chronic prostatitis. |
