天龙降纤酶治疗急性缺血性脑血管病的临床探讨

目的 :主要探讨天龙降纤酶早期溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法 :设天龙降纤酶治疗组 2 3例和对照组 2 5例。治疗组除常规治疗外 ,在早期应用天龙降纤酶溶栓治疗。结果 :两组的显效率 ( 6 1%对 2 8% )比较 ,有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组在 2 4小时内有效率 ( 5 7%对 2 4% )比较 ,亦有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组治疗前后、两组治疗后的神经功能缺损积分值比较 ,均有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 1)。结论 :提示早期应用天龙降纤酶溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑血管病 ,能明显提高临床疗效 ,提高患者生存质量 ,改善病残程度 ,降低致残率

Clinical study on treatment acute ischemia cerebrovascular dieases with Tian Long Defibrase for Injection

Objective:It is to study the clinical curative effect of early stage lyse embolus treatment for acute ischemia cerebrovascular dieases with Tian Long Defibrase for Injection. Methods: The treatemnt (Tian Long Defibrase for Injection) group with 23 cases such patients and the contrast group with 25 cases were set up. Early stage lyse embolus treatment with Tian Long Defibrase for Injection besides convention treatment in treatment group. Results: The differences were significant (P< 0.05 )on the significance rate between the treatment group(61%)and the contrast group(28%). In 24 hours, the total effective rates were 57% and 24% respectively in two groups. The difference between two groups was significant (P<0.05). Nervous function coloboma integration titers between before and after treatment in treatment group and between two groups after treatment were respectively significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:Early stage lyse embolus treatment for acute ischemia cerebrovascular diseases with Tian Long Defibrase for Injection can improve the clinical curative effect and the existence quality, improve handicap level, and debase handicap rate.
