| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂——卡托普利降低糖尿病肾病患者的尿蛋白的机理。方法 :对 37例 2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分两组对照研究。结果 :应用卡托普利组糖尿病肾病患者治疗后能显著降低尿蛋白的排泄量 (P <0 .0 1)。而未用卡托普利组治疗前后无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :卡托普利能有效降低糖尿病肾病患者的尿蛋白。

| Abstract: | Objective: It is to study the mechanism of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor-catopric reduce the urine protein of diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 37 patients with diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes were divided randomly into two grouds as control study. Results: Urinary albumin excretion was significantly less after treatment in the catopril group(P<0.01). No significant changes were observed without using catopril group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Catopril can effectively reduce the urine protein of diabetic nephropathy patients. |
