| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复方黄毛豆腐柴搽剂的抗炎作用机制。方法采用小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验,复方黄毛豆腐柴搽剂分别以2.25g生药/ml,0.75g生药/ml剂量给小鼠连续腹部涂药5d。结果复方黄毛豆腐柴搽剂大、小剂量组均能明显抑制毛细血管通透性,分别与阴性对照组比较均有显著性差异。结论复方黄毛豆腐柴搽剂对小鼠具有明显的抗炎作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mechanism of anti-inflammation of compound Huangmaodaofuchai Liniment in mice. Methods The method of mouse model of abdominal blood capillary permeability was used.Compound Huangmaodaofuchai Liniment was administrated by external use on mice's abdomen in dosage of 2.25 g/ml and 0.75 g/ml respectively in consecutive 7 days.Results Compound Huangmaodaofuchai Liniment could significantly inhibit the abdominal blood capillary permeability in mice in both dosage of 2.25g/ml and 0.75g/ml.Compared with control group, there was a sagnificant difference P<0.05.Conclusion Compound Huangmaodaofuchai Liniment can inhibit the anti-inflammatory effect in mice. |
