气管内全麻联合控制性降压在颅内动脉瘤介入手术中的应用

目的探讨气管内全麻联合控制性降压经DSA行颅内动脉瘤栓塞术的麻醉效果。方法30例经DSA行颅内动脉瘤栓塞术麻醉的患者全部采用全凭静脉复合气管内全麻，术中以微量泵持续泵注丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼、维库溴铵维持麻醉，采用控制性降压等方法处理。结果30例患者麻醉诱导，术中麻醉维持平稳、控制性降压恰当。术中手术过程顺利，术后随访无麻醉及相关并发症。结论采用微量泵持续泵注丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼、维库溴铵维持麻醉并联合控制性降压用于颅内动脉瘤栓塞术麻醉是一种安全、有效的麻醉方法。
