腓肠神经营养血管筋膜皮瓣的临床应用

摘    要:目的:观察腓肠神经营养血管筋膜皮瓣修复下肢软组织缺损的临床效果。方法:采用腓肠神经营养血管筋膜皮瓣修复小腿中下1/3、踝部及足跟部创伤引起的软组织缺损16例。切取皮瓣大小5 cm×4 cm~13 cm×8 cm。结果:16例全部成活,随访6~18个月,皮瓣外观满意,耐磨,无溃疡发生。结论:腓肠神经营养血管蒂恒定,变异少,操作简便,不牺牲主要血管,不需要吻合血管,为基层医院在修复小腿中下1/3、踝部及足跟部软组织缺损,提供一个理想供区。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate clinical effect of the sural neurovascular flap to repair soft tissue defect of lower extremities.Methods:From May,2005to October,2009,sural neurovascular flap was used to repair the middle and lower leg 1/3,in the 16 cases with soft tissue defect caused by ankle and heel trauma.The size of the flap cut was 5 cm×4 cm~13 cm×8 cm.Results:All of the 16 cases survived,with follow-up of 6 to 18 months.The appearance of skin and wear-resistance were satisfying,no ulcer occurred.Conclusion:Sural neurovascular pedicle was constant,with less variation.It is easy and simple to handdle,without sacrificing the major blood vessels,no need to match blood vessels.It provides an ideal District for the rehabilitation of the lower leg 1/3,ankle and heel soft tissue defect in the.grass-roots hospitals.
