针灸疗法结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的:探讨针灸疗法结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果.方法:将我院2009年2月~2011年12月期间收治的86例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组给予单纯牵引治疗,观察组在此基础上加用针灸穴位治疗.结果:经治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为97.7%,对照组的总有效率为81.4%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针灸疗法结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效好,能够显著改善患者的临床症状,有利于膨出的纤维环以回纳而消除,以减轻对神经根的压迫,具有疏通经络、活血、消肿之功效,是一种安全有效的治疗方法,值得临床进一步推广使用.

Effectivness Observation of Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation in Acupuncture plus Traction

Objective:To study the acupuncture therapy combined with traction treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation clinical curative effect.Methods:our hospital were during the 86 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group,each group of each 43 cases and control to give simple traction treatment,the observation group based on the acupoints add with treatment,compared with two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results:the observation group patients after therapy,and the total effective rate was 97.7%,significantly higher than those in the control group,81.4% of the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:he acupuncture therapy combined with traction treatment prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc clinical curative effect is good,it is a safe and effective treatment methods,and promote the use of clinical.
