| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察GP (健择 DDP)方案治疗晚期胰腺癌的近期疗效与不良反应。方法 :将 2 0例晚期胰腺癌给予GP方案化疗 2个周期 ,按WHO标准评定疗效和不良反应。结果 :有效率 (CR PR)为35 % ,不良反应主要为骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。结论 :健择加顺铂是治疗晚期胰腺癌的一种安全有效的化疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of Gemcitabine plus cisplatin for advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods The clinical data of 20 case with advanced pancreatic cancer treated with GP regimen were analysed.Results The response rate was 35%.The main toxicity was myelosuppression and gastrointestinal tract reaction.Conclusion Gemcitabine plus cisplatin is an effective and safe chemotherapeutic protocol for the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. |
