快速康复外科理念在胃肠道围术期护理中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨快速康复外科理念在胃肠道围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:80例胃肠道手术患者,随机分为快速康复护理组和传统护理组,对快速康复护理组采取有效的护理措施,比较两组术后肛门排气时间、进食时间、住院时间、住院费用及并发症。结果:快速康复护理组术前未安置胃管及全肠道灌洗,与传统护理组比较,两组肛门排气时间、进食时间、住院时间、住院费用及并发症比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:胃肠道围术期应用快速康复外科护理措施能明显减轻患者痛苦及减少并发症,加速康复。

Abstract:To investigate the feasibility of fast track surgery (FTS) application in patients undergoing abdominal surgery in the perioperative period. Methods: 80 patients undergoing abdominal surgery were randomly divided into the group of fast tract nursing (FTN) and the group of conventional nursing (CN). Effective measures of nursing care were taken to the FTN group with nursing measures of fast tract surgery. The time of anus exhaust, eating time, the median hospital stay, hospital fees and the morbidity of the postoperative complication were compared respectively. Results: No nasogastric tube introduction and routine bowel preparation were a- dopted in the FFN group. There were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion: It is clinically feasible to apply the principle of fast tract surgery to the nursing care of the abdominal surgery patients because it can significantly release pains, reduce complication rate and accelerate the recovery after surgery.
