| 摘 要： | 本文复习了胃平滑肌肉瘤的有关文献,讨论了胃平滑肌肉瘤临床和肿瘤的病理特点以及诊断和治疗问题。胃多发性平滑肌肉瘤十分罕见,查阅国内、外文献仅1例报道。本文报道为第2例,并提出了多中心生长问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a case of multiple leiomyosarcoma of the stomach is reported and the literature related is reviewed. The clinical pathological characteristics and the methods of diagnosis and treatment of such tumor are also discussed. Multiple leiomyosarcoma of the stomach is very rare. In all the references available, only one case has been reported. The case report inour paper is the second in which a new idea is put forward. |
