| 摘 要： | 目的：为很好地治疗短暂性脑缺血（ＴＩＡ），从而预防脑梗塞保持神经系统正常功能。方法：本文应用东菱精纯克栓酶（ＤＦ－５２１）治疗ＴＩＡ患者３０例，观察其临床疗效，并应用低分子右旋糖酐治疗ＴＩＡ患者３０例作为对照。结果：治疗组显效２６例，有效２例，总有效率达９３．３％，明显优于对照组。ＤＦ－５２１治疗可显著降低血浆纤维蛋白原含量，有作用快、疗效好、复发频率低、副作用少的特点。结论：ＤＦ－５２１是治疗ＴＩＡ的理想药物，值得推广。

| Abstract: | methods Using DF-521 to treat 30 patients with TIA,observe the clinical effects and take Dextran as control to treat 30 TIA patients.Result:The treatment group 26 cases got apparent effects,2 cases were effcetive the total effectivenes was 93.3% and was far more superior to the control.DF-521 treatment could obviously decrease the amount of fibrinogen in the blood plasma,got the characteristics of fast-fuction,long-lasting effects,low recurrent rate,and fewer side feects.Conclusion:DF-521 was the ideal drug for TIA treatment,and worthwhile to put into extensive use. |
