鼻内窥镜下两种方法治疗鼻出血的疗效比较

目的：探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻出血的两种治疗方法的疗效：射频治疗法和止血材料填塞法。方法：比较分析从1999年8月～2002年7月经治的64例鼻出血患者的临床资料。结果：在鼻内窥镜下以射频治疗鼻出血。止血确切。免除鼻腔填塞。患者无痛苦。再出血率9．37％；以止血材料填塞治疗鼻出血。止血迅速。但患者填塞后有头痛及鼻胀感。并影响鼻窦通气引流。再出血率31．25％。结论：鼻出血的治疗应尽量避免鼻腔填塞；鼻内窥镜下射频治疗鼻出血是一种良好的治疗方法。值得临床推广应用。

COMPARISONS OF THE CURATIVE EFFECT BETWEEN THE TWO METHODS FOR THE TREATMENT OF EPISTAXIS UNDER ENDOSCOPY

Objective:To explore two methods for the treatment of epistaxis under endoscopy:Frequency therapy and Nasal packing.Methods: Medical records from 64 patients with epistaxis,treated between August 1999 and July 2002,were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Frequency therapy under endoscopy had an exact hemostasis,no nasal packing ,no pain.The second bleeding rate was 9.37%;Nasal packing had still some pain, nasal obstruction and hinder the airflow and drainage of the nose.The second bleeding rate was 31.21%.Conclusions:It was suggested that we must to avoid nasal packing to the greatest extent during the treatments of epistaxis. Frequency therapy was worth of popularize in clinical practice, because the treatment of epistaxis by frequenecy under endoscopy is better.
