Tei指数评价高血压病患者左心室功能的研究

目的通过检测左心室Tei指数来评价高血压病患者左心室收缩与舒张功能的变化。方法高血压病组83例(非左室肥厚组62例，左室肥厚组21例)，正常组52例，测定左室EF值及Tei指数。结果所有受试者左室EF值正常。高血压病组无论有无左室肥厚，其左心室Tei指数均显著大于正常组。高血压病左室肥厚组的左心室Tei指数较非左室肥厚组有增大的趋势。结论高血压病早期左室结构尚未出现改变时已经有左室舒张功能的减低。左室肥厚的发生会进一步加重左室舒张功能的障碍。左心室Tei指数增加对于高血压病左室收缩功能尚未发生改变时，及早发现左室舒张功能障碍具有一定意义。

Estimation of the left ventricular function in patients with essential hypertension using Tei index

Objective To evaluate the systolic and diastolic function of the left ventricle in patients with essential hypertension (EH).Methods 83 patients with EH [21 patients with left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and 62 patients without left ventricular hypertrophy (non-LVH)] and 52 normal control subjects (NT) were studied by echocardiography.The LVEF values and Tei index of the left ventricle were measured in all the subjects.Results The LVEF values were normal in all the subjects.Compared with the NT group,LV Tei index in the EH group was significantly higher.In both of the LVH and the non-LVH group,LV Tei index were significantly higher than in the NT group.LV Tei index in the LVH group had the trend to be higher than in the non-LVH group.Conclusion LV diastolic dysfunction appeared in the early stage of ET,when there was not any structural change of the left ventricle.LV hypertrophy would enhance LV diastolic dysfunction.Increase of the LV Tei index may be significant in the diagnosis of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in the early stage of EH while the LVEF value was still normal.
