针刺定位眶内金属异物摘出术临床报告

摘    要:目的 探讨眶内金属异物摘出术的简易方法。方法 28例眶内金属异物,在X线荧屏下,利用X线交叉投照,以两枚针头交叉刺及、异物定位,沿着针头指引分离,摘出异物。结果 28例眶内金属异物均能顺利地取出,创口Ⅰ期愈合。结论 在X线荧屏下,用两枚针头交叉刺及、异物定位法摘出眶内金属异物,具有损伤少,摘出快的优点。

Abstract:Objective To discuss a facility method of extracting intraorbital foreign bodies. Methods Two needles were employed to cross-puncture and localize the foreign body under the x-ray screen. Guided by the needles, the foreign body can be extracted easily. Results 28 cases of intraorbital metal foreign bodies have been treated successfully using this method. All the wounds healed up very well and relative quickly. Conclusion We developed a simple and practical method to extract intraorbital foreign bodies. In our approach, two ross-puncturing needles are employed. The advantages of our method are quick extraction and less damage.
