丹红注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察丹红注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法将122例CHF患者随机分为治疗组62例和对照组60例。治疗组在对照组常规西药治疗基础上加用丹红注射液40ml+NS250ml静脉滴注,1次/天,两组均治疗30天。观察两组治疗前后心功能分级(NYHA分级)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左房内径(LA)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末内径(LVESD)、6分钟步行距离、肝肾功能、空腹血糖、心肌酶学情况。结果治疗组改善心功能,增加LVEF及6分钟步行距离,减少左房内径(LA)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD),明显优于对照组(P0.01);治疗组总有效率93.55%,明显优于对照组总有效率78.33%(P0.05)。两组治疗前后肝肾功能、空腹血糖、心肌酶学均无明显变化(P0.05)。结论丹红注射液可改善CHF患者心功能,改善心室重构,提高运动耐量,安全可靠。

Abstract:Objective:To research the clinical effects of Danhong injection in the treatment of Chronic Heart Failure. Methods:122 patients with Chronic Heart Failure were randomly divided into two groups(62 cases are in treatment group and 60 cases are in control group). All of the two groups were received routine therapy for 30 days,but the treatment group was treated by NS (250m1)plus Danhong injection(40m1) with mainline,one time per day. Results: The effective rate was 93. 55% in treatment group,and 78. 33% in control group. The difference between them was significant(P 0. 05). LVEF and average walking distance within 6 minutes in the treatment group were significantly improved than that in the control group after treatment (P 0. 01). LA and LVEDD were significantly reduced in the treatment group than that in the control group after treatment ( P 0. 01). Conclusion: Danhong injection can improve the clinical effects in the treatment of Chronic Heart Failure.
