灯盏花素对脑缺血再灌注小鼠脑组织病理变化的影响

摘    要:目的探讨灯盏花素对脑缺血再灌注小鼠脑组织病理变化的影响。方法复制小鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,并于术前15min腹腔注射灯盏花素注射液10mg/kg,于再灌注24h观察小鼠脑皮质血流,并取脑组织做石蜡切片,观察病理变化。结果缺血再灌注后脑皮质血流降低,病理切片反映脑细胞坏死严重;治疗后脑血流有所提高,脑细胞坏死减轻。结论灯盏花素能改善脑缺血再灌注小鼠脑皮质血流,减轻脑组织损伤。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Erigeron breviscapus on pathological change in brain ischemia - reperfusion mice. Methods During the reperfusion period, Erigeron breviscapus injection was given 10mg/kg before operation by using cerebral IR models, the cerebral blood flow and pathologic study were determined. Results R group showed neron necrosis and capillary congest obviously, while the injury decreased in EB therpy group. Conclusions Erigeron breviscapus may decrease the IR injury in cerebral ischemia- reperfusion mice.
